Shipping
All orders are delivered by Rabelink from Doetinchem or VCA couriers from Arnhem. The choice depends on the volume, weight and accessibility of the unloading location. Our carriers will call you 24 hours in advance to make an unloading appointment. If our transporter arrives at your premises and no one is present to receive the goods, we will be forced to pass on these additional costs.

According to the Distance Selling Act, after making purchases over the internet, you are entitled to a 14-day reflection period after delivery of the product. Your return must be in our possession within 14 calendar days of delivery. If you opt for crediting, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 10 days of receiving the return shipment.

Collecting
Of course, you can also collect your order from our warehouse in Arnhem. Always contact customer service beforehand to make sure your order is ready for collection. The address of our warehouse is: Westervoortsedijk 73-FC, 6827 AV, Arnhem. We do not charge extra for picking up orders.

‘You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The cost of returning the product from your home to the shop is for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
